Hope everyone is enjoying the game and was wondering if they could help me out.

Im very interested in purchasing this game, but not sure weather to get it on PC via Steam $59.99 CAD or PS4 over $100 for imperium edition for the season pass.  My question is do PC players have the same amount of access that PS4 players will have because if thats the case i believe that buying on PS4 would be a waste of an extra $50.

Hope someone can help me out and thanks in advance for any info!
