PC Bluescreen

3

Whenever I play Martyr (plus all the expansions) on Steam the eventually crashes to blue screen and I have to turn the entire PC off. This will happen while in any mission so far, in the hub on the ship or in a menu and I have updated my drivers from the respective websites. I've got an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070, an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor 3.59 GHz, 16 gigs of RAM on a Windows 10 64 bit. I love this game but I can't play it on my PC at all because of this issue.

Well, good luck finding out what is causing it. You gonna have to check out each and every hardware located in your entire machine.

And yes, that means everything. Because it can BE anything. It can be your Motherboard causing it. Your Graphics Card. Your Ram Cards. You are about to be going on one very slow and tedious task to find the exact hardware causing it. One o fyour Cards is causing it since it has one defect issue.

Because it is not your game causing it. It is the process from all the parts  the game needs to run it that causes it.

I'm afraid of something like this but it concerns me that it's the only program that has this happen to.

Doesn´t matter. I know what I´m talking about. I´ve had Bluescreen myself. In the end I was so fed up and tired of it that it ended up with me thrashing my entire Computer and bought meself a brand new one. Good thing the one with Bluescreen shit was quite old already though. On it´s worst I had easily 3-5 Bluescreen crashes per hour. On lucky days I could play for maybe up to 3-4 hours before the Bluescreen crash kicked in.

If you have a newer equipment installed, I wish you good luck. Yes, it is tedious and time-consuming. But it needs to be done. So you might as well just get going with it. Games themselves is not causing and are not able to cause Bluescreen crash themselves. Not in my experience though.
