Hi
I'm on chapter 2 and its telling me to talk to omicron arkh, he had been on the bridge but now hes disappeared. Am I missing something?

Having this same problem after the update. Omicron Arkh is missing, I too am at the end of chapter 2. I have two quests stuck waiting for him to return, in both of them I need to speak to Omicron Arkh. And I'm playing on PS4

Why is the bug still not fixed? I can’t play for more than 2 weeks because of this bug. PSN ID EzharaTheFirst
We are still working on these issues,until a global fix comes we handle the accounts one by one. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Ich kann nicht weiter spielen wegen diesen Bug, es ist ein Plotstopper ohne gleichen. Wenn man auf diesen NPC angewiesen ist und er im Spiel weg bugt, kann das einen ganz schön frusten. Ich freu mich richtig auf das Addon was kommen wird, aber wenn das mit den Bugs weiterhin so geht, blick ich schon sorgenvoll in die Zukunft. Ihr habt da trotzdem ein sehr gutes Spiel erschaffen und ich hoffe auch das ihr dem Grene treu bleibt. Hack n Slay

We understand if you may be displeased as your progress in the campaign is hindered but I can assure you that it is one of our highest priority at the moment to get the problematic accounts fixed on both PS4 and XboxOne. Hello! I have been 5 days since I wrote about Omicron Arkh. I can not progress and that is unfortunate as I had returned to the game after a while only to run in to this bug :/ Could you help me?
I'm in chapter 2: Hunt for the Martyr and I have to talk to Omicron Arkh but he is not on the bridge.

The problem you encountered could be succesfully resolved on our backend so you should be able to proceed in the campaign now.
We would like to deeply apologize for the long waiting time, the fixes took much longer than we initially expected.
Ok, I have completed chapter 1, I'm on mission chaos undivided. I still can not find omicron arkh on the bridge. I've updated to the latest version, deleted and reinstalled the game, and he's still not there!! Getting pretty frustrated!
