Graphics Options not saving on a Nvidia 1070.

Cannot add to game exe to the Nvidia Control Panel.

Go into the nvidia control panel under "Manage 3D Settings" and set your "preferred graphics processor" to your nvidia card. Then go to "Configure surround, PhysX" and under PhysX settings on the right set your processor to your nvidia card and click "Dedicate to PhysX". That fixed it for me and at least one other person. Hope this helps!

I'm having the same problem, not sure if it's on my end (user error), the games end, or NVidia's end.
