Working on my last two achievements:  Hunter of Hunters (kill 5 bosses) and Saviour (revive teammate 50 times).  Started working on the game on the Xbox One, moved to the S and have been unlocking achievements fine.  These two achievements show no progress after killing 2 more bosses and revives with players online and local co-op.  I've tried playing on the One to for revives and still no progress.  Any suggestions to fix this issue so I can finish the game?
