I have almost the same issue who has appeared under the exact same circumstance  EXCEPT i don't have negative skill points, i just can't use skills points on most  skill tree and mind reset doesn't work at all because for the game no points are allowed on these skill tree.

What i am supposed to do now?

I provided you a couple of Mind Reset consumables. These can be found in your Rylokk II character's inventory, on the first page. Use them to reset your bugged skill trees.
