negative passive points

Playing on EU server. Tried both clients.
Seasonal character, skipped the tutorial and started at level 5. Didn't assign any passive points yet.

Played one mission, now level 6. Suddenly my passive points trees are filled with a bunch of points, and total count at the bottom shows -19 (with 24 "claimed" or something like that).

I have almost the same issue who has appeared under the exact same circumstance EXCEPT i don't have negative skill points, i just can't use skills points on most skill tree and mind reset doesn't work at all because for the game no points are allowed on these skill tree.

What i am supposed to do now?

I provided you a couple of Mind Reset consumables. These can be found in your Rylokk II character's inventory, on the first page. Use them to reset your bugged skill trees.

some error occurred. reset unnecessary trees by "reset mind" buff. sometimes sold in a store
