Need Help Getting Product Key
Warhammer 40K Support AreaSo I set up my neocore account using the Facebook login. I forgot the password I set up to access my product key for my purchase. I have done numerous password reset requests and emails to Neocore and Xilsoft (the purchasing platform), asking for a reset link, or my product key, so I can download my game and help test it for you guys. I really want to support you guys, but not hearing from you guys or even a robot, is not a good way to help a person wanting to support you. If I don't hear from you soon, I'm going to have to ask for a refund, and I don't want to do that. Please help!

I have not received anything. No emails from a pass-reset system or your support team.
But if you've added our domain to whitelist, you should be able to get our mails.
Try the pass-reset now.
Thank you for the info. I have added the domain to the whitelist. I have sent a couple email to [email protected] on this past Friday, and have received nothing. That is why I am posting on the forums here. I sent those emails by my primary email, so it should be easy to just reply to those.
If it not works, write a detailed email about the problem to the support team ([email protected]), and also send your gmail address and we will send your code to your gmail.
I have checked both spam and junk folders both in my email program, and directly on the Cable-Company servers. I have received nothing.

The pass-reset and newsletter are two different system. So if there is no email in your SPAM/JUNK folders then you have to add neocoregames.com - to your email whitelist. After that you will get the emails.
I did just sign up for your newsletter and got the confirmation email. so it is not an issue of my cable-company's servers being black-listed. I am able to receive direct emails from you guys.
No, but I do have a back-up email I rarely use (Gmail). Or, I can make a new account using my primary email and can we transfer the purchase to that?
I have not received any email from steam about a product key also. I have received nothing for either password resets or product keys. Thank you for the response and the efforts so this rookie inquisitor may aid The Emperor.
