Missions are no looger showing

I am no longer seeing my main story missions (or any missions, but those were the only ones) when I logged in today. My game froze at the very end of the 1st mission in part 4 of the main story, and I had to close out the window. After coming back to the game today, no missions are shown.

Could someone help with this?
