I have triple checked my account and all information to make sure i was entering everything correctly and it still keeps telling me my account is either, blocked or unavailable ? Does the mantis bug tracker require a separate account or something ?

You have to register separately for the Mantis tracker, yes. (Sadly.) We are working on a Steam login feature atm.
Set this current order state as My default.
