i am unable to make a seasonal character for the new season why i can not figure it out

Could you please tell me your ingame account name and if there is anything you noticed which is different from the regular character creation?

it is quintion and there is nothing different it only makes new characters and not a sesonal one at all

You mean you cannot tick the small box in the left lower corner? You have to do that to create a Seasonal character. If you leave the box unticked you will create a 'normal' character.
