i cant send items to my friend with a - in his name and i only get the message could not find target, what to do?

Let me know his account name and we will check on the issue in the coming period. A quick fix is less likely but as an alternative we can slightly change his name if it it's not too inconvenient. Let me know if he is open to this option.
