Date of writing 04/08/19. Is there any update or server maintenance planned on this day for I cannot access the game when I choose my Xbox profile? it says there were a log-in error when trying to connect to the game server and that I have to try again later.

Thanks in advance for your answer and brilliant game by the way.

Yep. Same here as well. Its been like this for several hours now and I don't see anything on the Neocore site about it. I tired the support chat and it says "Be Back Tomorrow".

Same here. Literally bought the game yesterday, played 40 minutes today, and when I came back I couldn't play at all. When I went to go for help, a bot just tells me they'll be back tomorrow. Not a good showing. First they screwed me out of $60 for 40 minutes of intro, then they don't even have anyone around to help. You'd think given the issues of DRM other major companies have had that they would be responsive and on this, but think again. I unfortunately bought the digital copy from the Microsoft store, but I won't be doing that again. I can't even get a refund on something that doesn't work. No consumer protections here, just get the money and run.

I’ve had this issue for two days. Why is there no offline mode in this game? Piracy? Is that really an issue on consoles?

Quite disappointed I haven’t been able to try it out. Guess Gamestop will have it back tomorrow :(

So Neocore, when do you think you will fix this problem with X-box? Just curious do I need to get a refund for this game already.

Don't worry, by the time they address this problem Inquisitor 2 will be out and we'll have the opportunity to fail login on that game too for the low price of only $60.

From what Iv heard PS4 isn't having this issue just Xbox so like always probably Microsoft messing stuff up or neocore just blatantly ignoring us in fact the support contact section isn't on (it's frigging Monday who dosent work Monday's and if they don't then why isn't there a back up person) and the devs in the discord aren't answering in the tech support section so were left hanging in the wind as to whether or not we'll be able to actually play at some point

I bought it at EB games on sale and had the same experience. I'm just lucky I can return it. I like digital copies as there is less clutter but Fallout 76 burned me on the idea as I can't return it. Never pre ordering again.

Post a review on xbox live. The consumer base needs to get vocal.

You refer to the major 2.0 patch? Its release date is not yet public so please follow us on our various official platforms where we will naturally share every news including the day of the console release at a later time.
