[XB1] Just bought, Servers down...STILL?!

So just bought Warhammer 40k Inquisitor on the xbox market. Can't Add e-mail, can't add a new one to start the game. Are the servers still down and do I need to get my money back? Cause it's sure looking like it.

Login to account on PC to register. I tried a cellular phone would not work.

I'm having the same issue. Says my email is already used for account linking. Can't get past the start screen.
Thats the same damn thin im going threw right now, and i cant find anything on why its doing or the cause.
