Campaign mission bug game halted by error screen "player not found". Message cleared then presented with a new one. Unable to play mission.

Would you please tell me the platform you are playing on as well as your ingame account name?
May I ask the mission's title where it occurred?

Platform is PS4, the error occurs at the start of the cutscene and continues afterwards. Mission name Nereus lll Under Siege
