Okay, I'm stupid I will admit it...but can someone please tell me how one gets started playing this game...I got the interrogator pack and am clueless on how to download or get started...I appreciate it...

Yes, check this page. You will get an email with your Steam key which can be activated on Steam.

After that you can start downloading.

Put the code from the activation email into Steam (under Games > Activate a Product on Steam), then download and play...
