I couldn't figure out how to even install the game so I could test it. Long story short, an e-mail is sent after the payment is finalized with a game key that you then -> activate with steam -> click install -> start purging heretics. All in all, super short and easy just not explained very well at the time of purchase (or after). Hope someone else found this useful!
