Help on High Level Builds
Warhammer 40K DiscussionAnyone here has a Heavy Gunner Crusader build or any build for that matter that does not reply on Augmented Body II? I was experimenting on different builds and I find that the only build that works for very high levels -90% damage and -300% suffered and higher is using Augmented Body II with HP on crit/ per hit since your suppression goes down so quickly and render your useless due to constant debuffs from the enemy. And using a Psalm doctrine that converts 50% HP damage to suppression damage suffered.

With the faster pacing of the game I think the multi melta now is too slow and outdated. Like how the Heavy Bolter used to have wind up times which made it useless compared to the Bolter. Hopefully the devs update the multi melta to make it relevant in 2.0.
Multimeta was my first construction, I had just unlocked phosphoric rituals, but then I switched to heavy bolter and grenade launcher.
My principal is heavy bolter, I use it with lifesteal for critical impact. Psalm doctrines in physical damage. Raised body II, firearm loader and designated shooter. I reach 90% critical chance with digital weapons, I heal 20% of the damage per critical hit. I have all resistances, damage reduction and deflect to 60%. It works pretty well, I use augmented body II to take advantage of protected status skills.
Set this current order state as My default.
