Friend/Cabal requests during tutorial?

During the tutorial, the Buttons for the friendlist and the cabal are greyed out, but once you are in the characterscreen, cabals become accessible and cabal leaders can be requested to add one as a friend, while one still is in the tutorial. That may not be intended this way.

Additionally, there is something wrong with my friends Level, I believe:
