The in-game FPS limiter does not seem to work correctly. I am using my laptop while traveling and wanted to limit the FPS, since the CPU kept overheating a bit. The FPS limit checkbox does not seem to have any effect, even after restarting the game it runs just as before - MSI Afterburner reports the same FPS / CPU temperature values.
