Psyker Force weapons, i.e.: the Force Bolt on Force Staff, and the Fire Bolt on the Force Rod are both missing the "Single Target" attribute, even though both are indeed single target skills and both skills description also states that they are single target.

Without that attribute quite a lot of bonuses affecting Single Target skills do not apply on these! Should be really easy to fix...
