Fix the switch weapon set button for controller for Psyker on PC

Please fix the switch weapon set (Pressing the Right analog stick) on the psyker it seems that it does not work properly.

When I press the right analog stick on the skills menu screen the weapon does not change. Please fix this and I play on the PC with an Xbox controller.
