Does anyone really read the crash report seriously?

Originally, only a small number of side quest maps will crash and can be ignored.

But I played the second mission of the fourth chapter of the main story, and it would crash at the beginning anyway.

I have tried windows compatibility, or updating the driver, or checking compatibility with steam, and a series of common tricks you can google or search from the steam forum.

Still the same.

So I want to ask, is anyone really looking at the crash report? Just look at my 100 hours play time and you'll know I'm not kidding, i want to play this game and I loved 40k, but the unconditional crash of the main quest is too exaggerated.
