I found 2 recepies for the same item (Innoculator) at the vendor and I was allowed to learn both of them. There is no real visible difference in stats between them

This appears to be limited to the Inoculator plan. I've seen this reported before and I've ran into the same bug. The Innoculator plan shows up in the shop and you can purchase it, the item won't have an 'X' on it so you just learn it. I've never seen another 'duplicate' occur yet.
