Level 80 Crusader, Relic Demolition armor outfitted with shards and psalm codes - after upgrading armor, started mission and realized my character wasn't wearing any armor.  Finished mission, armor is completely missing from inventory.  Equipped crap armor I received as a drop in the previous mission, started a new mission and... My character again is not wearing any armor, it is missing again.  

Logging out, restarting game and items are still gone.

Edit: after one day, relic armor is now in inventory, however it has no shards, no psalm codes, and it doesn't have any enhancements it previously did - just base stat of 43 armor and 11 resist
