We are aware that some of (hotmail / web.de / gmx.de users) you are waiting since quite a long time to receive verification email
We would like to ensure you that we are on the case and working to manually solve the issue. Please note that some email providers take a lot longer than usual to deliver the mail, and that the system may throttle down a bit to ensure safety when there are numerous requests for keys.
If you do not receive the verification mail and you are unable to activate your account (Be sure to check your spam folder!), please send an email to [email protected] and we'll help you right away.
Also, to ensure you to receive our emails, please add [email protected] to your address book. This might help.

UPDATE FOR HOTMAIL (and probably other) USERS:
Go to your e-mail client,
Options > Safe Senders > Add "Neocoregames.com" to the whitelist > Save
This might help.

I only had to wait a few hours before this problem was fixed. Will gladly pass this knowledge in-game to anyone who has the same problem(s)

Account verification was the problem. Solved by mailing at [email protected],
direct answer just a minute later and account was free.
Purchase in between seconds and received the steam-code, now downloading...nice.

got another missing key for yous, super keen to start playing.

Frustrated with how blaise the tech support and customer support teams are being. This is a serious issue.
I have contacted Support with email and still nothing.....been more then 5mins

Same thing. Normally I use gmail but I created an account using my facebook so it used my msn.com :( I did make sure to add neocoregames.com to my white list straight away.
It's only been 6 hours, so not too worried.
Already developing that feature, it will be available next week :)
The issue is still present for hotmail, web.de, gmx.de users even if they whitelist @neocoregames.com
So if you encounter this problem, feel free to send a mail to [email protected]
- Account activation, it's enough to use this subject, I will know what to do. Then if you receive the receipt after the payment, drop another mail containing your username.
- Steam Key is enough for subject, just don't forget to attach a receipt or order id (capital letters) and your username.
I have sent you my 3 email for the key. Now you have a Screenshot from the received the confirmation from Paypal and Xsolla.
And i have Write you my Name an the Order ID from Xsolla. I hope you can send me now the Key. I wait over 2 Days.
Is there still the problem with receiving the key if someone is using web.de?
I bought the THRONE AGENT PACK and received the confirmation from Paypal and Xsolla but no activation-key.
... Intereseting, cause there isn't any mail from you side, with the mail address that you used for purchase.
Checked it, also I mailed the key manually.
SORRY, it ended up in the Junk Folder, shame on me, I tell every people to check it first, and then I'm the one who skip this step...
If you haven't received, probably you missed an information from the mail #ORDER (capital letters) or USERNAME without that I hope that you can understand that keys can't be sent out. In every case we need a proof of purchase. If it's attached, we handle the key as fast as we can :)

Yeah, bought the game yesterday too and didnt get a key.... but I have faith in the Emperors Little helpers :D
Praises have been heard, bunch of keys are waiting to exit from the warp and find their hosts.
