Good evening,

I believe the "Heroic Deed" called "Demonstration of Purity", on a seasonal character, is not working correctly.

I am playing a Battle Sister, and selected Season of Judgement for this character.

According to the description of the Heroic Deed, I must kill 50 Chaos Engine Elites, while under the affect of an Act of Faith.

I have tried the following:

Kill the Word Bearers Helbrute on the story mission "The Martyr Chapter 3: The Secret Weapon

I have also killed the 3 nurgle tanks on the Seasonal Boss mission for Season of Judgement.

I have done so multiple times, using multiple different Acts of Faith when making the kills.

I have made sure that the act of faith is active, by only using it the moment I am about to make the kill.

I have tried making the kills at a higher level, like "Impossible +5".

I have used both defensive and offensive acts of faith.

Nothing I do seems to increment the counter for the Heroic Deed, which currently sits at 0/50.

Hopefully, I am doing something wrong, but as of now I am stumped.

Hey!

Cheers for the concise report! Let me know what your in-game account name is, and hopefully I'll be able to get the counter unstuck for you, or simply complete the deed straight up for you.

Certainly.

My account is named "Lord Gaylord" and the character in question is "Signetaurius", one of two Season of Judgement characters I have.

If any other info is needed Ill provide it.

If you manage to find why it might be stuck, I will report back once I am able to progress.

Hi! I set the counter to 40 out of 50 in our backend. Maybe this gets it unstuck for you. Could you confirm the change is visible on your end as well, and that you are able to increase the counter?

Good afternoon,

So the counter for my Season of Judgement Battle Sister Character was still 0 when I logged in just now.

However, that same Heroic Deed on a normal, non-seasonal Battle Sister character I have is indeed set at 40 now.

But, with my Seasonal character, I have managed to increase the counter by 1 now.

It looks like the issue was me trying to "cheese" the Heroic Act by going to the same mission, killing the guaranteed Chaos Engine Elite enemy I need to kill in that mission (the Word Bearers Helbrute), then quit after killing it, and go back to the same mission again. I was of course going to do this 50 times to complete the Heroic Deed.

So I tried again, this time completing the mission instead of quitting after the kill, and this time it added one to the counter for my Seasonal character.

The other enemies besides this particular Helbrute on this particular mission that I was attempting to use, were the Nurgle Boss Mission enemies for the Season of Judgement. Now, they do look like Chaos Engine Elites to me, but, being Seasonal bosses and not normal enemies, I dont think they are counting for this Heroic Deed.
