1. Daily Mission - I had 3 commanders left to kill which I did during a mission, I got the 120 Fate and it said the mission was complete but it stayed on 17/20 on the ship screen and when I done another mission I got the reward again, this time the mission disappeared. I definitely did not have this mission twice.

2. Innoculator - A couple of time now I have hit the inoculator button as I was getting very low on health and I got the sound effect and it went on cooldown but I did not get any healing.
