I usually play Tech-Adept class due to possibility to farm tech-fragments. To UP construct weapon we need enormous quantity of tech-fragments. And I want to check other, not  TA builds.

I think that ANY class must have possibility to get tech-fragmets. Tech-fragments is usual crafting material.

Playing only TA all the time is boring and frustraiting (

I will forward your suggestion to the designers who outlined this concept with the fragments. They will decide whether the fragment drops should be made account-wide.
