Character Loading Error - All Characters

After crashing in a map and reloading the game, every character now hits a loading error. I don't want to create a new character and re-level back up to where I was. Any chance of a patch?

Our devs and backend server provider got informed by the problem. They started to work on the issue. No ETA can be provided at the moment as it is unsure yet how long this will take but I can assure you that we are on it. Your patience is kindly asked in the following hours.
