I had to force close the application. When I restarted it, it seems I lost my character. I have been getting the character load error. please help.

Our developers are currently checking the server-related problems on our end. The fix will like to take a couple of hours but once it ended I will inform you here. Your patience is kindly asked until then.

I found out the hard way that you just have to wait a long time. I redid the mission and did that. There are all sorts of bugs right now especially with dealing with NPCs on our ships.

Two of my characters keep getting the error message. My main character works half of the time.
