I’m on PS4 and I’ve have encountered a bug where it duplicates a mission of chapter three. This has caused me to do a parallel play through where every consecutive mission I complete duplicates itself up to the point where you have to talk to van wyntar at the start of chapter 4.  At this point it gave me the following mission but it didn’t progress the investigation clue, and she still has a “!” above her and I can no longer access the store. Please help
