Last night i progressed to the end of chapter 3, in which case I could not start chapter 4.  Others ran into this issue as well.  Today I logged in and other folks said they could now start chapter 4.  I still cant.

I can see the ! above Ragnas head but when I click on her, it just opens her inventory like I am trying to buy or sell something to her.  Is there any way I can talk to her without click on her?  Is there any fix for this yet?
