I still have the same problem even after the patch. I could do one new campaign mission, but after I had finished the mission my campaign status didnt changed. So now I'm still stuck at 4/5 and again no campaign missions available. 

My brother who I played coop with is the same.

Same for me, have to find the magos biologis.  Searched the first planet with no problems but now there is no campaign mission.

Yeah I'm stuck at 4/5 as well on PC character name Darillia. Did the quest COOP as well with another friend as leader.

I have this issue. Just picked this game up, was just getting into it... then smack... chapter 2, 4/5 Please help.

 It takes place if u find the asset before finishing with the mission  objective interacting with cannons. Animation for cutscene activated told me to finish mission,  as one cannon was left. After completing the level, systems didn't register the right conditions and lock progression.
