I have a great problem on Chapter 2 (4 of 5 clues)

with the Quest priority assignments 

at the Frozen plains.

The Assessination for the Quest is Find the tech priest

Artificer omicron arkh .

When I found him and I will exit the scenario the onscreen will be black but after ca. 10 second I’m back on the scene but my Inquisitor vanished and after ca. 2 minuets I’m back on my ship an the Quest start again like a endlos loop.

I’m playing on a ps 4.
