So before (was a while ago) I was able to reroll number of enchants on any item by using reroll all. This was useful on both regular relics and archeotech relics. All I had to do is to farm enough mats to reroll until I got the combo I wanted (usually 3 major and 2 minor). 

Was this option removed? Now it at most flips major / minor type, never changing the total number of enchants.
