Can't progress mission

The martyr chapter (hunt for the martyr) talk to metrodora thelema mission is bugged. I can walk up and talk to her on the ship, it plays the cut scene and goes through the dialogue but there’s no progress counted towards the mission. Anyone know a way around this?
