Can't leave star system

I've reached chapter 2 in Inquisitor Martyr (I have to find the Magos Biologis in order to save the Space Marine), but then I was stucked in Chernobrg system, unable to get back to the Star map and select another system. Then I've found intel on a mission that brought me to another system (I think the third one) and I'm still unable to leave it and travel to other systems.

I'm playing on a Playstation 4

We ran a global script on our backend which fixes most of these issues. Could you check whether you can proceed now?
