Cannot customise Signum and Purity Seals

So I've unlocked all the customization options for my Inquisitor and I've noticed that you can select your Signum and Purity Seal for customization. However when you select either, then go to change their colour or pattern nothing happens - even if you apply the changes and get charged the credit cost.

I did notice this aswell the first days, have not tried to do it ever since. Might be activated but not ready as a function?
