Are these all banjaxed at the moment?

#1 Have seen no cabal missions in 3 days. Stuck @ 50/66 of a task. :(

#2 Cabal Influence seems to be extremely slow?

#3 Weekly leaderboards seem to be from last week? Also "where I am" on board is no longer there?
