I also had problems with crafting and shop this night sunday december 16th for several hours on Xbox one x. It felt like there was a problem with the internet. I checked everything in my end but it was problem all night. I suppose some server was overloaded. I guess everything that changes in the game is saved in your profile and synced to Xbox servers, but I did not see any errors on Microsoft Xbox support site.
Not good yet, but maybe better than yesterday. Yesterday the pages of things like Captain Ragna trading were empty and renew time not 60 minutes but instead over 1100 minutes. Now it works but things I sell do not disappear immediately, but it takes 1 to 30 seconds to complete for each item.
Crafting seems to work now for me.
I am in Sweden Region Alpha.
P.s. also the end mission sequence where it tallies up points and gear collected, keeps going out of sequence. Like following a mission it'll send me straight to the ship and the points sequence will pop up randomly.
Please check on it a couple of hours later, our developers have checked on the matter today already and are fixing it right now. It should be good shortly!
I just check now and crafting still bugged not working and mask still isnt in extra terminal and shop is sort working but with delays and gilitchy still and mission u cant get stuff straight away in ur inventory u leave game log back in to get come come up again then click it again aswell so still got 3 problems and well shop sort fits but still pretty bad with delays and bit gilichy never had problem like this b4 on on my xbox one x ever never problem like this b4 really not very happy tbh atm
As for the Skull mask I checked on your account and found that you purchased the game recently. Please note that the Skull mask was a compensation to our players due to some previous issues in the first place and new players won't get the Skull mask automatically. It may will be available in the future for them as well though.
We made changes on our backend and it should be good once again! Please check on it!
