After completing 2 Tasks (Heroic Deeds) during the same Mission I got only 1 Attribute Point instead of 2. This happend 2 Times to me. Is this a Bug (i'm quiet sure) or is this intended (i can't believe that)?!

Are you certain 1 was not to a specific Attribute?

You only get points to spend for the "freely available" attribute points.
