 I don’t know what you did but it’s absolutely working out . All dlc works and is accounted for, thank you so much for taking the time to help me.

Could be worse... could've paid for Charybdis Outpost a month ago but still can't access it... oh, wait... 

But hey, at least we're getting even more new content we won't be able to access soon.

Hi, you probably have checked already, but all the items you refer to are accessible through "special closet" between the tech priest and the tarot mission table. To select them, you have to enter in there the menus for foot prints, pet ...

I'm on PS4 and I found them there.

I hope it helps, and if not, well more things to add to bug list ^^

there are two DLCs which are not included in the Season pass because these were pre-order bonuses for those who pre-ordered the game.

please give me your Gamertag as well as one of your character's name.
Also if it is not inconvenient please uninstall the game and DLCs, first install them and after that the basic game. 

Hello , my gamer tag on xbox is DeadFall526 and my one and only characters names is Damaskinos. I did yry the unistall thing but to no abail , please help .

Umm hello ? Yea again, I uninstalled the DLC then game as you suggested, re-downloaded it all again and guess what ? My stuff still isnt showing up. Whats going on ? I paid money for the ship decoration,the skull emote and the servo pet and not a singe one of them is showing up no matter what I do. Im losing my patience here Neocore. I gave you my money as part of a business transaction but still haven't received my end of the deal. Make this right. Thank you.

It's weekend from my experience you will have to wait for monday to get a reaction from the support-team.


Just to be sure .. did you look at the "Extras" console near the tarot-desk ( its to your left if you stand in front of van wynter ) for your items? You can activate them for every single character there. You wont find them as normal items in your inventory or stash.

I also bought the imperium eddition as well and do not have access to the new mission/ map that showed up. The charybdis map. Is that not what the imperium addition with seasonal pass was for. So I do not have to keep buying maps/DOC?
