Hello,

I have looted a +8.1 max enrage tokens main implant of wrath, with a "clear 2 missions without inoculator" objective to unlock the relic enchantment.

I could however run 28 tokens immediately after equipping the implant, meaning the enchantment was active before being unlocked. Checking on Discord, this seems unexpected.

Notes:

• I have no visual proof of the issue unfortunately.
• I can't tell if the behavior is global or restricted to this particular case, I didn't check my stats thoroughly to see if anything else changed when equipping the implant.
