Hi. 

I play the PS4 version of the game (on a ps5 in backwards compatibility mode), currently on version 2.22 which is the latest update at the time of writing.

The problem is that when I open the cabal menu, everything stops loading in, including cabal info and new cabals on search, etc, which leaves the cabal functionality completely unusable. Even worse, after accessing the cabal menu, like I said EVERYTHING stops loading, and so if I back out and try to do a mission, I click on it and nothing happens. Same with everything else in the game like stores, missions and seemingly everything else that wasn't already loaded. The issue is somewhat fixed with a restart as you can play the game properly after a restart and things load in properly, but the moment you try to access the cabal menu, it all becomes unusable again. 

This makes the cabal functionality effectively useless and since it is a big part of the game, it means that you can't join, create or participate in anything to do with the cabals function. This, as you can imagine, is very frustrating and leaves me missing out on a big part of the game and a lot of the core progression that is tied to the cabals function. 

I haven't figured out what exactly could be going wrong so I can't be of help there, but it is something that happens every time for me, and so it is easily re-creatable. I hope you manage to fix this issue asap, as it is significantly impacting my enjoyment of the game. If there is any additional information I can provide that I did not do so here, feel free to reach out and I will help in any way I can.

Lastly, in case this info helps, uninstalling and reinstalling the game didn't help at all.
