I just reached the first moral decision in the Season 1 campaign. I chose the Puritan path (killed the psyker), but to my chagrin, my score (130) remained absolutely unchanged. As I'm painstakingly trying to max out the Puritan tree, I must say I'm quite bummed.
Please correct the issue (and fix the morality score for all the guys like me who were cheated of their reward)

Got hit with the same bug did the first part of the new story, completed "Settling the Score" chose to not kill the psyker (radical) and also got no points for it.
For some reason "Settling the Score" was doable twice until it got flagged as done, but no morality points.
This was before the tiny 5.5 MB patch I got served after being all WTF with the mission bugging out.
Now Metrodora Thelema is permanently stuck with a exclamation mark above her and with every restart of the game she will repeat the how I know the dark eldar speech.
Set this current order state as My default.
